Roadside Assistance in Eugene, Oregon
Downtown Auto Center, in Eugene, Oregon, provides roadside assistance to all customers who have spent $25 or more on any auto repair or vehicle maintenance including oil changes. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we’ve got you covered if you find yourself needing assistance on the side of the road.
Downtown Auto Center provides roadside assistance for the following incidents:
- flat tire
- lost keys & lockouts
- empty fuel tanks
- dead batteries
- towing
Roadside Service Benefits & Limitations
The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) roadside assistance incidents for any covered services per Coverage Period per Covered Vehicle, up to a maximum eligible reimbursement amount of seventy-five ($75.00 USD) dollars per disablement (the "Benefit Limit”). Coverage period covers two roadside assistance incidents in the 365 day (1 year) cycle.
How to Receive Roadside Assistance Services
If you are in need of roadside assistance, call the 24-Hour Rescue Hotline at 1-866-588-0728 (option 2). The roadside assistance administrator will coordinate the dispatch for you. A valid credit card is required to arrange the dispatch. You will be reimbursed for covered services up to the Benefit Limit (above) upon our receipt of your complete request for reimbursement.

If the Roadside Assistance Provider does not provide a service receipt, click here to download, print, and complete a reimbursement claim form and submit in substitution of invoice. Deliver by one of the three options above.
