Newer to Eugene and needed a mechanic to fix my passenger side door (It would not open from the inside or the outside.) I read the reviews for Downtown Automotive and decided to give them a try. They were extremely clear and articulate over the phone and in person. I was very happy with the experience and with the pricing for their work. They described in detail what they would do to discover the issue and everything went smoothly. Very efficient! We will definitely bring our cars here in the future.

Kody's team is awesome. While getting an oil change they were able to loan me a car so I could keep working rather that sitting and waiting. And not only was the car washed, it was vaccuumed when I picked it up!

I dont know about you all, but it took me 20 years to find a mechanic who I completely trust, and who doesn't overcharge. I've been going to Downtown Automotive for 4 years now, and I have lost track of how many times that have gone above and beyond for me. The owner is a connoisseur of and amazing with VW's, and has also given me awesome service with domestic and hybrid vehicles. I will never change mechanics. If you are tired of being worked over by mechanics, try these guys out. They will work to earn your business.
