Kody's team is awesome. While getting an oil change they were able to loan me a car so I could keep working rather that sitting and waiting. And not only was the car washed, it was vaccuumed when I picked it up!

Kody and his team are trustworthy, friendly and reliable. As a person that doesn't know much about cars (or want to) I love that I can understand what they have to say and don't feel pressure to complete unecessary services. I dont know about you all, but it took me 20 years to find a mechanic who I completely trust, and who doesn't overcharge. I've been going to Downtown Automotive for 4 years now, and I have lost track of how many times that have gone above and beyond for me. The owner is a connoisseur of and amazing with VW's, and has also given me awesome service with domestic and hybrid vehicles. I will never change mechanics. If you are tired of being worked over by mechanics, try these guys out. They will work to earn your business.

Very reasonably priced!! Great to work with! Had my car back to me the next day, they even cleaned her for me ☺️ New to town and thankful for a shop that loves VW and isn't crazy expensive!

I am so so so happy with my service here. All the mechanics treat you like a competent human being. They fixed my car completely and efficiently, while providing me a rental car to drive in the meantime. They were honest about what my car needed immediately and what was simply a "suggestion" for future servicing. They were conscious of my budget and my time. They were polite and called me at the times I told them I would be available and they washed my car after they completed servicing it. I am so thankful for their honesty and efficiency, especially since "honesty" isn't a word that is typically used to describe a mechanic. I went in for an oil change. Both receptionists I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Thank you guys for saving us lots of money $!! William, Ben n Kody are so knowledgeable, we had a problem with our batteries on our 2014 Ford 350, we were prepared to buy new ones when the guys suggested we call about a warranty. .
