I recently brought my car in to get the fuel pump fixed and I will never bring my car anywhere else! Amazing service, staff and owner! I’ll be a customer for life after this stressless and easy experience.

Was a relief to take my vehicle in somewhere that (in around 3 or 4 hours after dropping it off, not scheduled) sent a link to pictures of parts on my vehicle and what were needing to be fixed, as well as videos explaining how these maintenances can help prevent eventual problems, even explaining the problems they can cause. Cost was more than what we were hoping for, but realistically, there was more definitive issues than thought taking it in. Had to replace an axle and multiple other things, and it was done by the end of the next day! Turn around time was astronomical compared to the last place it was taken, and they were all very informative and kind. I'd suggest this place if you're looking for good information and quick service.

Louis and all of the staff are wonderful. Very trustworthy, honest, kind, and they go the extra mile to ensure that you receive the highest level of service. Now that I found them I will not go anywhere else.

I have an Audi with a KO4 turbo. My car began running very rough and I brought it into Downtown Automotive. They diagnosed the issue as worn out motor mount and I had them replace it. After about a week the auto was running as well or better than it had been for a very long time. Additionally, Alicia, Luis and Bryan were very congenial and professional. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the job was completed prior to promised. I highly recommend

I called Downtown Automotive and a few other places to have my CRV suspension repaired. They had the best price and was willing to pick up my car so I decided to go with them. Great decision on my part! The team is great, professional, friendly and very detailed with the inspection and the repairs. My vehicle runs great and there were no extra charges at the end. The suspension is under warrenty and they gave me the name of the auto shop in Medford since I will be moving in that area. I highly recommend!
