Brian & his team were super helpful and compassionate after my first car was unfortunately totaled. They worked with my insurance and made the process as easy as possible for me and my family during a tough situation and did a thorough job inspecting my new car before I bought it.

This place has my car currently and I will update once I get my car back BUT I must say these guys have been a DREAM to work with, I found out my car was going to cost way more then expected to get it fixed up to par…in a panic and almost in tears 2 guys there (brian and Ryan I believe) helped my gain my composer and went above and beyond to help me get it figured out!!! Also they got immediately on the ball once we got the funds figured out! I would absolutely recommend these guys to work with!!!! We will definitely be keeping them as our regular repair shop

We just moved/drove 2200 Miles’s here from Wisconsin and I was delighted to find Downtown Automotive was not only fully knowledgeable with VW/Audi but also an authorized APR dealer. They replaced front/rear shocks/struts, performed an oil change, replaced a turbo related part and reflashed and updated my APR tune. I didn’t realize things were out of sync until they performed these services. I highly recommend going to see Brian and Brandon for all of your automotive needs. Top notch service and great people here 😃

I needed work on my SUV. They met all of my expectations and then some. My car came out great. They also furnished me with a loaner car so that I can get to and from work, which was a life saver. They were very fair and answered all of my questions and concerns, and I will be using their shop for my future needs.

The person I've spoken to on the phone when I've called has always been polite and helpful. There ended up being another issue with the vehicle after pickup, and they were quick to have it brought back in asap without an additional charge.

Gear business. Very helpful and friendly staff. Either the owner or main technician got on the phone to explain some stuff to me which I thought was great. He wanted to ask me some questions and also make sure I understood a couple issues with my car. I will continue to take my autos to them.
