I have an Audi with a KO4 turbo. My car began running very rough and I brought it into Downtown Automotive. They diagnosed the issue as worn out motor mount and I had them replace it. After about a week the auto was running as well or better than it had been for a very long time. Additionally, Alicia, Luis and Bryan were very congenial and professional. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the job was completed prior to promised. I highly recommend

I called Downtown Automotive and a few other places to have my CRV suspension repaired. They had the best price and was willing to pick up my car so I decided to go with them. Great decision on my part! The team is great, professional, friendly and very detailed with the inspection and the repairs. My vehicle runs great and there were no extra charges at the end. The suspension is under warrenty and they gave me the name of the auto shop in Medford since I will be moving in that area. I highly recommend!

So great full for the guys at Downtown Automotive, they got my car fixed in no time were upfront about what to expect, gave me a quote for the work (which was actually higher then what I ended up owing, so nice surprise there) and even though I was running late to pick up my car from work, they stayed 15 minutes past closing so I could get my car. Great Shop, great vibes ✌️

I have to say as a woman, I hate going to most automotive shops, but not this one! Luis and Alicia were wonderful to work with, put me at ease and took the time to explain what needed work and why it needed to be done. The owner was there as well and was so pleasant and funny! We went in because water was collecting in two different places. We didn't actually have any work done (insurance totalled the car) but Luis was very kind and patient on the phone and the level of communication was way above average. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Got me in and out of the shop very fast. Advised me of return old battery for core refund of $15.00. Very pleasant experience.
